    nevermind guys - it was more likely a post-war can - I didn't bid on it anyway...

    I have never seen a KM GM with such a paint....to me it looks like it was used postwar as a toolbox...or something similar

    What makes you think it was post-war? Or do you mean just the paint?

    After posting this, I looked around on the net - to find anything matching (paint) to decide that maybe it was a lufty or anything else - and found some 1950s post-war Czech civil-defense cans looking just like this paint - so I decided to skip this one...looks like it was a smart move.

    Right, so you mean just the paint then? Because its still dated 1944.
