Can anyone tell me anything about this mechanical pencil? It’s marked “Luftwaffe Property” in German and has a ring at the end, presumably for a lanyard. I’ve had no luck finding another example online.

All FL 23000 numbers seem to be for navigational equipment.
Nothing shows for FL 23 861/2..
