M31 canteen authentic?

Found this for sale and just wanted to run it by the people in the know. I know it’s from different makers, I’m just interested if there’s any red flags of post war bits on the set. Any help would be much appreciated!

All good early war feldflasche! Field used examples often have mismatched parts as cups were easily detached. For that reason soldiers often scratched their initials in them.

The feldflasche alu cup and leatherwork belong together, as do the canteen & cover but they are a different maker. All original as Danmark has said.

I have seen several early m31 canteens by ESB with Ritter aluminium marked hooks. Might it be a possibility that Ritter aluminium was a subcontractor to Eduard somerfeld? I have this one from 1938 withthe hook marking «ritter aluminium d.r.g.m»

Hello,
Imo Eduard Somerfeld probably bought the small parts and accessories/fittings from Ritter in order to then sell them on his products....
