    Hello,
    I have once seen a Gasmask canister that had Kg. 5 ink stamped the same way than yours, with an eagle and within a rectangle.
    It was 1944 dated. The owner believed that Kg.5 meant Kampfgeschwader 5...
    I'm not 100% convinced by this ID, but perhaps i'm wrong. Not sure i have ever seen an unit designation ink stamped with an eagle beside, but i did not see everything...Hope someone can help you out...i'd like to know...
