    It's a Medical Syringe with the insertable, labeled Ampules...some containing a Cocaine-Derivative...

Cocaine was a common and highly addictive medicine (Painkiller) with several other (for Nazi Germany desirable) side effects.
It was one of many controlled substances used as regular medicine and amongst others used experimentally used to improve combat capability or reduce panic/ fear, Panzer Schokolade being probably the most infamous.
Please do convince yourself that the ampules no longer contain controlled substances. It would be a shame to lose such an Item to the next narcotics Agent

    Just read the ampules...
It's most likely a dentists syringe Glenn and I both read it wrong....
They're full of Novacain. I.G Farbe is famous for some really nasty stuff but this time it's quite innocent.
Novacain or Novocain, Procain etc. are the cocaine Substitute without the euphorising properties and registered as a local anaesthetic Worldwide.

Might still be a controlled substances though

    Footnote:
Just cleared it with our paramedic.... Adrenalin was added to local anaesthetics to constrict blood vessels and reduce bleeding during surgery. Interestingly it was looked upon badly for a while but exactly this medicine is again available as a prescription medicine
