Looks fine to me as well. Just in case you don't know, the letter M under the eagle stamp in your first pic stands for "Marine" and makes this a naval issue item.

Based on what is visible it is the name of the soldier who liberated it (.........Sharp), his unit (Royal ??? Regt) and from the partial words it is a souvenir from July 1945 and the inscription appears to refer to the Royal British Legion (a veterans association for anyone unaware) at Fishponds in Bristol.
