pouch for identification

hello
can you recofnize this item?can it by some type of military used pouch or something with similiar pourpose?
i guess the item is really from the era but i'm not certain about its destination

E.G. Leuner of Bautzen were making pistol holsters, E tool carriers, Y straps and other leather goods throughout the war and into the 1950's.
The company became "Bautzener Lederwarenfabrik" under the DDR. Their address was Humboldtstrasse 23, Bautzen, now a lighting company.

As to what it was for, I cant help but offer the above history ....

The black one is definately another pouch.... don’t know what it is , but it is not the medical cavalry pouch..... maybe an earlier model... that could be possible...
