SMM44 Feldflasche, Brown Flask
Recently got this one in, a really great example of a late war M42 feldflasche, still in great condition and matching markings. The best part here is the flask or bottle itself which is painted in a brown color, it may not show too well in the pictures but it’s a clear brown, not a dark green or red. I’m not sure why it’s this color I’ve not seen it before but I’d imagine it can be summed up to the usual late war shenanigans.
