What mean "II./37" ? II stab of 37 Infanterie regiment ?

I would think this spoon was from someone in a kompanie of II. Bataillon/Infanterie-Regiment 37, or Stab II. I guess. Looking at the lexikon, the regiment was reset with this name in October 1935. They prepared for Barbarossa in East Prussia, the Lötzen region.
