It's a Swiss made watch dating from the 1930's that is a Fliegeruhr that was used by German aircrew during the war. The rotating bezel differentiates it from the civilian type that was almost identical otherwise. It has a 15 jewel Schild movement and is worth around $450 or thereabouts.
