    Hi there FNG.

    It stands for - R.A.D (Reichsarbeitsdienst) Gau xxv Hessen-Süd. (Arbeitsgruppen Numbers 250-258).

    The R.A.D was the German Reich Labor Service.

    R.A.D.B.A.F. = Reichs Arbeits Dienst Bekleidungsamt F ( Frankfurt ) / Rad issuance department Frankfurt, and accepted (6) June of (36) 1936

    Some collect unit marked belts exclusively, I suppose it's personal choice..
