    I bought one long time ago.
    My grandmother gave it to homeless people when I was business traveling.
    When I back home,she told me this.

    Hello,
    They're sentry boots only timothy, you wear them in addition to the marching boots...as they have a wooden sole, it's almost impossible to walk a long distance with them....i use to own one pair made by the same manufacturer as yours, but 1942 dated, all leather were light brown. They were gorgeous, i sold them last year but i still have photos on my other computer. I'll post some soon.

    Hello,
    Sorry Timothy, i checked my hard drive but didn't find the photos of the sentry boots....i think i deleted them after the sale...i only kept photos of my winter boots (felt/leather and leather sole) which are also gone now...Four years ago i sold all my winter stuff to focuse on the Normandie and Lorraine Fronts...
