    Have a look for the stamps on top of the Pot. The delay is normally marked in the Wood just under the Pot.

    These (Stielhandgranate 24/39) we're in Post war use and production so there doesn't have to be a Wehrmacht acceptance stamp

    I'm guessing the handle is mid to late war also and for a disposable item the traceability of a date or manf. code was no longer important?

    You just need a porcelain ball and some string to finish the impression, otherwise Excellent! ( and have you seen the prices these are commanding!! )

    thank you guys very much. I have wanted one of these for a long time. I have seen the price of these that is why I am glad my friend had it. I was able to trade a single pioneer bag for it. I got it about a year ago. I am just now getting around to putting up pictures. very happy with it.
