WWII German Camo Field Net

Been some time since I made a new militaria purchase for me or my collection. I have sold a few pieces in past 2 years to support my parents and my Mom’s battle against Alzheimer’s. I will be retooling my display room in the next 6-12 months.

Here is a 12 x 12 camo field net I just agreed to purchase. I have a fair amount of field gear and this could be a nice backdrop to some of my mannequins as well. I am excited to get it and have been looking for a decent one for some time without rips, tears or repairs. Grommets look appropriate on this example and very much like those on a Zelt. Weave and netting material construction appers correct to me and very similar to some of the pieces I have observed over the years. Ropes seem to mirror those of tunnel ropes of the German WWII flags. Sellers pictures are below. I will post some more when it arrives and I have inspected. Got it for a reasonable price.

It actually looks like 2 nets combined, German and Italian...
