Fernglas 08 Busch Rathenow & unknown

Hello all,

Managed to pick up these two pairs cheaply - ~$80 for the both. I'm new to Imperial Germany, but have been getting into it more with age. Any help / info would be appreciated for I know very little aside from the basics.

Nice buy for these two sets. I was under the assumption that 'Dienstglas'
is a WWII designation. Perhaps pressed into service in the 30's.........?

I'm also not sure about that either. It's been difficult getting any sort of history about these that does any more than scratch the surface.
