Turkish M1898 entrenching tool

I could add this nice and rare M1898 entrenching tool to my collection.
A well preserved Hermann Dahlmann 1914 shovel with Ottoman Empire marking.
I'm not sure if the Ottoman Empire received this e-tools in used or in new condition.
So far I assume they were already used by Germany before, in fact I also have a comparable specimen pre-WW1 dated.

Here a M1898 from 1899.
The earliest known date and most likely the first official date too.
In fact this 1899 example got an "Deutsches Gebrauchs Muster" marking and also propably was one of the first of its series, it's obvious that it went to Ottoman Empire few years later during WW1 period.
By the way, the surface is blackened instead of blued and the M1898 is a special focus in my shovel collection.
