Pretty neat, Finnish silver stamps.
But I was thinking, skull rings were super popular in german military. So maybe they made these souveniers to sell them for germans.
Skull motive wasn't popular theme in Finnish made trench art rings.
I have two Finnish skulls.

Mulla on kaksi samanlaista pääkallo sormusta, kuten kuvassa, toisessa singeeraus leima HjGr, tekijä,suunnittelija on hopealeima sivuston mukaan kultaseppä Hjalmar Gräsbäck
Made short translation / clarification from the link:
The skull ring was designed by goldsmith Hjalmar Gräsbäck, rank Sergeant in Infantry regiment JR61. But got wounded in Pogost, Syväri area, and died in military hospital 29.07.1942
Thats quite unique thing, war must have influenced person to desing that ring.
Thanks, sounds very interesting and rare
Looks like it's either a copy of an original, or a completely fake one. It's poorly casted. Even the hallmarks is casted.
I would argue otherwise, hallmarks looks fine, and crown stamp is edge bended inside 813H square box. And diamond box left of crown is bended inside over the bone.
And workmanship quality is somewhat expected from trial run? Or if there existed much of these anyway. Not super high quality product as there is rough file scratches inside.
It would be nice if OP posted both mentioned two rings in one photo for comparison.

If you look at the area outside of the hallmarks, you can see the casting defects, also the stamps doesn't looks like they've been strucked. IMO this ring was casted ( might be a cast from an original die strucked ring ). The norm for these rings is that they were die strucked rather than casted, both the ring and the stamps. Would love to see the inside of the actual skull. Again, this is just my opinion.
I forgot to reply in March.
This was made by a Finnish goldsmith who was also in the war
