Postwar I think. The constructiom seems to be postwar and the rank of yliluutnantti (senior lieutenant) was introduced after the war.

I did the same thing and saw the photos , This is a odd looking tunic ,the pocket type looks like model m27 and to me looks like the collar has been replaced at some time as looks a different color to the tunic , the rank patches rank are postwar as already put , I am thinking its a prewar tailored tunic new collar added and worn postwar , The model m36 tunic was worn well into the 1960s and then the later tunic as still worn now had a open collar

Nothing odd in it, it is - as the original author said - Kevyt takki m/39 (Light Jacket m/39) with the post 1941 modified collar. Collectors call this type Light Jacket m/39-41 to distinguish it from the Light Jacket m/39 which had a stand collar instead of the stand-and-fall collar as in this one.
