Hello Anyone know what this medal is ?

It's a Finnish medal, awarded to soldiers and civilians for participation in the Winter War. These were first instituted on 2nd August, 1940.

We do not place values on items as this can be very subjective. Now that you know what the medal is you may want to google this decoration and see if there are any prices on auction sites if they are for sale

Just check 10 adds higher up in the medal auction listing you will see 2 of the same medal for a third of the price asked for the one you are showing, they also have bands with bars. You can make a conclusion of that.
