Hey Steiner77,
The adler on the bayonet is different than the ones I have normally seen on Weyersburg Police pieces. Adler emblem on one you show is not very well centered between rivet brads. Some examples below.

Too bad such a nice bayonet.
And the eagle is not aluminium.

We need a good close up photo of the grip eagle to identify as there were three Polizei eagle types known have been used in the TR era. Firstly the short wing, then the wide wing eagle and late war the wide wing shield type with no hollowed out areas.
Also need to determine how it is attached to the grip?
The OP's example appears to be a hollowed wide wing version, but need better photos.
A few photos;
I have no better photo.
Border of the front grip looks white, the back grip is period as done from shortage, there is fullfiled old hole, so its possible the front grip was replaced to add new eagle emblem? hard to say is period or not.
Quite common to find these Third Reich refurbished Weimar era side arms with the shortened stag horn grip plate and a filled in hole. Modifications occurred from 1936-1938 at Police ordnance depots, the clam shells was removed, when the grip was shortened the rivets had to be moved, which required the lower hole to be filled in, the new Police insigna was fitted at this time, the blade was shortened as well. This example is definitely TR period, the oversized rivets are standard at this refurbishment
