Mongolian insignia 1935-43?

Anyone know what collar/sleeve insignia was worn by n c o's or junior/company officers?I've seen a photo of the insignia on the "Gentlemans military intrest club" website/Mongolia section, but the captions in the photo are too small to read. thanks ,dave.

Ok Richie, try -http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=24432&st=20 or if this doesn't work type in gmic (gentlemans military intrest club), go to forums, then click on Mongolia ,go to page 6 of 12 pages, page 6 has 2 pages ,go to the second ,click on "mongolian shoulder boards" ,scroll down and you should see the insignia. You may have to sign up/register with the GMIC to see them. Dave.
