Soviet Banners, need translation

Fellow collectors, here are a couple of Soviet banners that I acquired in the early 1990's that I recently found while going through all of my old gun show purchases. I would appreciate any assistance that you may provide in identifying these. I have others, mostly military that I will upload later. Thanks in advance for your valuable help. For unknown reasons all of the images are not appearing right side up.

Roughly as follows...

"Glory to the inspirer and organiser of all our Victories, the Great Stalin!"
"Award Banner for the best exponents of socialist perfection in the fulfilment of the plan"
"Proletariate of the World Unite!"

'Award Banner' isn't perfect but 'transitional award banner' sounds too odd.

The one with the crest is a post-war Azeri SSR flag (indicated by the number of republics indicated on ribbons around the crest).

The Stalin one is post-war too (Stalin's uniform is the indicator here). Stalin era flags are far more rare - he went out of fashion quite quickly.
