Of the flag. When opinions are asked good clear photographs should be provided so educated opinions can be given.
Weather permitting, taking it outside and photographing it there will be your best bet. Natural light gives the best quality photographs, and will allow forum members to study things like the construction and materials used in more detail.

It looks fine to me, the construction looks correct for what I've seen on 80's Soviet flags, with the painted on hammer and sickle. I would be quite surprised if it was fake to be honest, as these flags are not particularly rare or expensive, so there isn't much of a profit to be made with counterfeits. These flags typically have a tag on them, though there's a chance the one on yours was simply removed. Is there any remnant of one on the hoist side?
No. That’s what’s bothering me, there’s no where a tag wold have been unless it was sewn in with the stitching or a way to hang it
Also wouldn’t it be rarer because it’s Ukrainian?
