With nobody offering a really good answer, maybe this info will be of some help ?
1. perhaps a badge commerating the 30th anniversary of a victory (I think the ribbon near the botton of the badge is trying to be the St. George or Victory ribbon, although the "orange" is quite light) - possibly for the end of the siege of Leningrad - is there anything on the reverse ?
2. looks like souvenir pin/badge, possibly for Lenin's tomb - the tomb bears simply his name, and in a similar blocky typeface
3. looks like souvenir pin/badge, for the Narva Victory Arch in Petersburg, which commemerates the defeat of the French Empire under Napléon in 1812-1814
4. badge for an award for labor productivity, something like "Shocktrooper of Labor" or "Stormtrooper of Labor" - see http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ударник_(трудящийся)
5. looks like souvenir pin/badge for Lake Baikal
6. badge commererating the 100th anniversary of the birth of the writer "Alexander Grin" (Alexander Stefanovich Grinevsky) - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Grin
7. looks like souvenir pin/badge for the Києво-Печерський заповiдник, or Kiev-Pechersk (Lavra Historical-Cultural) Preserve, in the Ukraine - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiev_Pechersk_Lavra

Thank you, Frayer! I appreciate your willingness to help.
Here is the reverse of the 30th Anniversary pin. Now that you mention it, the ribbon, bottom obverse, appears to be similar to the ribbon used on the Victory over Germany and Order of Glory. . .

ц15к = цена 15 копеек = price 15 kopecks
.... so, commemerative/souvenir and not an awarded badge.
Above the pin is the hallmark for :
Республиканский производственный творческо-экспериментальный комбинат Украинского общества охраны памятников истории и культуры
.... which might be given in English something like the "Republican Creative-Experimental Manufacturing Organization of the Ukrainian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments" (Kiev)
So maybe for liberation of the Ukraine or one of the many victories in the south in 1944 year?
