    I posted this a few years ago in a different section and think it belongs here. This DE streamer was for the 1934 RPT and was attached to DE Standards that were consecrated at the rally. The Ulric book on the DE Standards shows such a streamer that came attached to the Leipzig Standard. These streamers were made of the same material as the DE Standards.
