DJ trumpet banner for opinion

I just acquired this piece , any opinions are welcome.sorry about the upside down pics..getting used to this ipad still.also, is there any way I can reduce the stains on the tassels?

Many DJ and HJ trumpet banners were made local to the unit they belonged to outside of RZM control. From what I can see, it appears to be a period piece. I would like to see a picture of the banner as a whole along with pictures of the tie strings.
