The topper is 7.5 in (19 cm) tall and weighs 2 lb 4.8 oz (1.04 kg).
Topper with marble base is 3 lb 10.8 oz (1.67 kg).
The design is very similar to a pre-war advertisement of bronze toppers.

I've never seen such a Topper on period Photos. Looks somehow weird to me.
It appears the same company that made toppers and desk ornaments would use different centers in the wreath and different bases as needed. (photos from Oakleaf Militaria site)
It is possible someone went to great expense to produce these post war based on a prewar catalog but I have not found evidence of it.
IMO postwar Produktions.
I am collecting pole tops and i never seen this before, that does not mean is bad offcourse but when is comes to SS stuff popping up iam sceptic and without period pictures in use or very good proof they exist i would not buy it.
