Point taken Bob. Its just that I could not find this flaggg anywhere, needer in books or elsewhere so I had no idea of the value.

I understand but the free appraisal service was getting out of hand. We also have the point of view that value is subjective and a collector of military items would not value a civilian organization piece anywhere near a military flag. Keep that in mind as the collectors of civilian organization items is quite few.
