Near Mint State Service Flag

I wanted to post a few pics of my state service flag. It's in near mint condition. All printed and the colors are really vibrant. It measures 72 x 44".

Bit odd there is no white edge to the flag maybe a flag that never got finished ?

That is a nice looking flag in super condition.
Is the red extended piece a reinforced bit of bias binding I wonder before the white bias was added.

Still it makes a nice display
