NPEA Flag?

I am thinking of buying this flag. It is listed as Hitler Youth but It looks like NPEA to me. Just thought I had better check before making an offer. Thank you for any help.

i agree This is a flag that is not commonly encountered.

Agreed these NSDStB flags don't show up very often. Here is a great example with a canton panel that was sold by Jessen some time ago for under 1000 USD. Photos are from Jessen's Relics - Military Memorabilia, Collectibles and Relics
