political banner for review

hello all again , i have this political banner for review before purchase. it seems to be good. i want to know about the tag on it and if things will pass , lets see what mr. coleman has to say.

it is described as 9'x3' wide. seller says its presentable and vibrant with what looks like to me a centerpiece of print construction rather than multipiece, i would assume it is double sided. i am unsure of the said tag on it though...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, that is Braunau i. B. (Braunau in Böhmen) - Broumov, a Czech town in the Hradec Králové region. Hitler's birthplace was Braunau am Inn.

Price is fine for an authentic example. Consider display issues though - the larger flags/banners are generally cheaper, due to the display difficulties they can bring.
