    Real or fake? Any opinions?

    I was given this flag I am pretty convinced that it is a reproduction, apparently someone thought It a good idea to soak this item in laundry powder to remove the stains as it has a faint smell of fabric softener to it.
    However I am confused as the material is certainly cotton and the weave is similar to my authentic NSDAP flag anyone have any further thoughts the size is 85 x 150 KIEL 1940
