Not KM-it has no KM markings. It's just a normal battleflag that could have hung anywhere.

Where would the KM mark be on a flag of this nature and where would this type of flag hang besides being part of the kriegsmarine, pardon my lack of knowledge I do not know much in this subject, yet.

It would be on the white hanging edge strip. Generally, a black ink stick figure eagle over an "M". This kind of flag could have hung just about anywhere-not necessarily military.

Ah, alright. I was curious, this is currently posted in the classified's on the forums and I was talking to the owner. I am trying to purchase a flag that is uniquely Kriegsmarine or some branch of the service. Not one that could have been hung anywhere. Thanks for the input it is a pleasure to get help from people on this website, I may post from other webpages I find when I continue to look through the pages.

Also can you perhaps answer a general forums question, when will I be able to edit my picture and other details, it says at 5 posts, but I'm at 7 lol.
