My best bet would be foreign National Socialist movement. If I have to make a gamble: Latvia.

Interesting. In what country is the OP and where did he find it?

Im in the US and I don’t have the foggiest idea as to where I got it. It came as a surprise when I found it in my things

Because you live in the US and found it there, it may be that the item was part of (or perhaps intended to be part of) a flag belonging to one of the US Nazi organizations that once existed during the Third Reich era in Germany. If memory serves I believe there were several, the largest being the German American Bund (also known as the Amerikadeutscher Volksbund or AV). While the AV used the German National Socialist Party flag (with a black swastika), they also used a unique US national AV flag that did not incorporate a swastika like the one shown (it was shaped and colored differently). But the AV youth groups, equivalents of the German HJ and BDM, additionally had unique unit flags that your piece may perhaps have been related to. A possibility...

So the possibilities are endless…. Wonderful, haha.
Thank you for the help. I know its not a definitive answer, but I greatly appreciate it nonetheless

Also a chance that the item may have been intended to be part of a flag or banner used by one of the religions that incorporates a swastika into it, having nothing to do with Nazism at all. Just a thought. I agree that the possibilities are endless, indeed. Perhaps we will never know for sure.

Hahaha. Well thanks everyone, that was fun.
