SS car pennant?

Hi guys, does this car pennant look ok? I love the piping, I have heard that this denotes early SS, is this true?

All I can say Eddie is if my ole NSKK Pennant has a ring on the clip I would think a SS one should have one also(if not better).
I know nothing of this style but only offer mine as a reference. wish you luck on your search.
Could this be a Delta produced ?

Hey thanks Eric, much appreciated! I wonder if maybe this type of pennant with the B/W piping was an earlier thing, and so maybe the attachment mechanism is not as nice as a later produced NSKK pennant? Very nice pennant BTW, I love these NSKK pieces.

I would not consider this to be a SS wimpel. Too often, collectors see black and immediately want to make something obscure SS. If anything, the black and white piping would likely denote a match up with S A collar piping. Even in the begining, I would expect to see runes on a SS wimpel.

Here is a early SS pennant with black and white pipping but it has the black border like an SS armband. I would lean to your being SA or NSKK.
