Unknown Luftwaffe pennant
Photo shows a LW pennant posted outside a building. It appears to have black outer stripes and a dark green or red inner stripe. The white tip (which looks to have a stamp or insignia on it) is unusual, as is the fact that the eagle is facing the wrong way for a pennant (at least for vehicle pennants). Any ideas?

No, not reversed, the swastika is the right way around, but interesting in that the eagle
is not flying toward the staff, as they are supposed to.
The secret would be in the inscription inside the white portion, sadly unreadable, but a command pennant of some form...

What is the context of the larger image?
The larger image only shows more of the doors and the front of the building, but there are no other symbols or inscriptions anywhere to offer a clue.by Kohima

Yeah a darker stripe in the middle... could be red for Flak perhaps....
