Unknown swastika flag

I was wondering if you guys know anything about this odd flag. The Swastika extents out to the edge of the flag, which I thought was odd. It also sort of smells like a Diesel-electric submarine.

I can only echo what has been said, if you measure the roundel i can see if it matches my 20ft by ft banner to see what it could,ve been at one time.

Ditto. Someone has then gone around the edges with white thread
to keep it from fraying. Tsk - too bad..........

Likely a veteran did not want to take a large flag back in his duffle bag andcut out o him what was he important part. I have run into this a few imes when buying from vets.

I have a labor flag that was cut down. In my case, I think the fringe was removed. I use the remnant as a decorative part of a display. NH

I measured the roundel today, and it is 3 feet wide.
