WW2 German Funeral Flag?

What are your thoughts on this flag?
I have never seen a flag like this.
It is 141x29 inches.
The swastika feels like oil cloth type material.

Looks more like a very large pennant than something specifically used for a funeral. It could have been used literally anywhere, as is the case with most plain NSDAP flags.

Actually looks like something that would have been hung from a lamp post on a city street.

I forgot to mention the flag is one sided.

If it's one sided, it's probable that it was hung on either the inside or outside wall of a building. The only other explanation would be a podium banner, but I think it's far too long for that.
