I like it very much but if you do not know the buckle origin it is very difficult to know if it is a authentic one, I have a Kampfzeit buckle and still I do not know if it is original, waits for David North opinion
Not something that we see every day, however and in my opinion this is an original buckle. Yes, they are well faked, however this one is quite crude and this is a feature that I like. Not sure if the pin, pin bar and claws are original to the buckle (the pin is upside down), however it does not really matter. One that I personally like and I must admit, quite interestingly marked. Perhaps the German speakers could help us out, however Prägenwerk I think translates to press works, stamping factory or whatever and Lang-Gons (aka Langgöns) is the town.
A buckle that I personally like and it is of course extremely rare and valuable.
Regards and best wishes,
David
Thank you all for your comments, buckle my friend and maybe will be sold.
