HJ and Heer buckles

Both WH Buckles have newly affixed the Tab.

The leather tab on the Heer buckle should have the name facing the front of the buckle. The tab has been installed backwards or just added to the buckle. It is doubtful it left the factory like this.

I must echo Kirbys comments, the tab has been restitched at some point , this maker did not put tabs like this, only 2 makers did

Thanks for confirming Ben. I’m still happy with the buckle as it’s at least a genuine one but was there a particular reason the tab would be restitched back to front? Maybe just error? Maybe field repair after becoming damaged?
