Can anybody tell me what unit this soldier was in?

Article about: I was wondering what the "SP" stands for on his greatcoat. I am pretty sure it does not stand for "Shore Patrol"

Thanks for the info, guys. Luftwaffe OT, huh? Who would have believed it.
No. This fellow has no connection with the Orgnization Todt. He is a member of NSKK Transporte Brigade Speer attached to the Luftwaffe, which was a part of Transporte Gruppe Speer. "SP"are the first two letter of the name Speer.
