Hello, I recently acquired this photo, I don't know who might be in the picture and when it was taken, I only know that it was taken on May 1!? He is definitely not an amateur photographer, because the back of the photo is faintly visible, marked with a stamp, with this text.

The photographer has photos on the Internet, including WW2 photos!

The name of the photographer which is stamped on is most likely the studio, where a private photographer sent the negatives to for development.
Sometimes the photos where also taken by the Studio marked on, but mostly it's a marking of the development service.
