Hermann Göring panzerman portait

This is a large portrait photo of what I guess is a panzerman from 1. Fallschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Göring. It was described as a member of the HG Division assumingly because of the Luftwaffe side cap. He appears to be wearing a green or gray panzer wrap, not the black variant. The EKll ribbon is pinned to the flap but it does not appear there are any collar tabs. The shoulder boards are not the same ones that are seen every time. Large portrait photo of an older panzerman developed on an oddly textured photopaper. Enlighten me if this is not actually a Luftwaffe man.

If you look closely the wrapper does seem to have collar tabs. His shirt collar is over the lapels of the wrapper, but the bottom third of his left (on viewer's right) collar tab is visible. The shirt collar pretty much completely obscures the other collar tab.

I’ve seen photos from the era printed on this type of “paper” before. Usually American though.

I agree with TWS on the collar tabs. Looks like the later feldgrau base with piping. Who knows what color though. Interesting that the collar is rounded on his uniform. I always read that the luftwaffe panzer uniforms more closely followed the Heer pattern (pointed collar), than the SS pattern wraps.
