Some more photos which seem pre-war. The group of soldiers wearing the pale uniforms without any insignia don't appear to be German, but the group on the sledge appear to be wearing German uniforms, minus the chest eagle. note that the cap badges seem similar in both photos. The group on the Rhine (?) seem to be a band, perhaps?
Wow we have reached 101 pages. Let's make it another 100 soon
The guys in the 1st photo, were the river is on the background, seem to be RAD. HPL is going to enlighten us i'm sure
Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377
Bill hasn't post for a few days and i don't think he run out of new photos. Probably he is on vacation.

Yes; they are RAD musicians (note the "swallow's nests")
The men in the second and fifth photograph in that post are RAD personnel as well. (Those in the third one very likely too, although we can't be 100% sure from the photograph.) The light-colored uniforms are washable Drillich work/fatigue uniforms.
The men in the fourth photograph are Heer soldiers; an officer at the steering wheel, surrounded by enlisted men.

Hi Guys, Took a little trip to the mountains over the weekend, and then my Fiance' spilled coffee on my laptop (right over the keyboard)!!! Keyboard was toasted, so Im using a wireless mouse and keyboard. At least I was able to dry it out enough for it to work! haha Good to be back tho. Awesome photos being posted!

Thought SA at first, but the dagger scabbard looks dark like an NSKK (cant see left collar tab either). Uniform looks dark as well. Also what looks to be an SS man in 2nd row to the right. Cant see him too well tho
- Panzer I rolling over tree
- Same Panzer man Ive been posting.....With French Hotchkiss 39' turret# 725 being used in the German Heer! (which was common in some Panzer Regiments to use allied tanks)
