    Sabine,

    Thank for allowing us to see these items (this album and the other items you posted) of your family history. Care for them well. Photos like these are irreplaceable. Seems like he rode a motorcycle.

    I presume you are in your late 60's ...... if you have children do they realise ( as you do ) the importance of keeping it all together?
    It is a crying shame to see individual photos go up for sale - many that have been removed from albums such as this.

    Nope I'm 32 years old, born in 1984. My father was born 1921 and my mum 1943. So he was 63 years old as I was born and he died as I was 16 years old. But I fully agree with you about the importance of keeping it all together. People sent me pm's if I would sell items but that I really couldn't and wouldn't want. Although I'm no collector and must keep this things stored in boxes cause you can't freely display stuff like that here in your home in Austria, this things are a part of my family's history and so the are a part of me too!

    Wow, was I out!!! ..... just did the maths and assumed ( shouldn't have - because it makes an ASS out of U and ME )
