Photo of German vehicles stopped by KV-2

Another photo of German soldiers inspecting an abandoned KV-2. The wreckage of a car lies in the bottom left of the shot. At least two cars and a truck are parked around the area. The left fender of the truck has a symbol painted that I am not familiar with. I have included a closer shot of this section. It looks like someone stabbed this photo over a hundred times with a needle which is shown by damage across the photo paper.
