Photo sharing time! - Gebirgstruppen photo album

Here is a another interesting photo album I bought some time ago. The soldier who put the album together most have been gebirgstruppen because you see them in almost every photo, but the question is what kind of gebirgstruppen. There is almost always cars and trucks around so it might have been a Kleine Kraftwagen Kolonne but did they really put gebirgstruppen to do that work? I have no idea and appreciate all your help with clues.

The thing I love with this albums is its diversity, it really has something of everything. Trucks, Cars, Tanks, Boats, Planes, German luftwaffe soldiers, Gebirgtruppen, ordinary Wehmacht soldiers, Romanian sodiers, Cossacks, Soviet Soldiers in the role of HiWis, Civilians, Italian Military Police, Russian prisoners, KIA's..

He also seemed to get around quite a bit, Germany, Croatia, Austria, Ukraine, Poland and more!

Not a single photo is glued in, all of them are in frames and are very easy to take out, and EVERY photo has captions on the back! I've just had time to research 25 % of the photos, and I am eager to find out more.

This KIA picture is pretty scary. The man sitting on the back of the truck seems to be missing hes head. Look at the horrified eyes of the soldier to the right.

Some officers in field, what stuns me is the man to the right with the binocolaurs... I am sure I have seen him before! Anyone else?

Very nice album, I like it alot!! Thanks for sharing. Some interesting pics. I have seen the photo of the GJ sitting on the rock overlooking the mountains a few times before...and it is a wonderful image.
