Welcome again. Will certainly need much better photos (front and back) before I think anyone can help.
For the photo of Goering, about the only help I can give you is that the man in the front is wearing a Hitler Youth armband. But better photos will help us in analyzing the uniforms and the possible era.
The plane in the photo "might" be a Bücker Bü 133. Produced in 1935 as a aerobatic and trainer.

or it could be a Focke Wulf Fw44. Two seater, radial engine, 1930's training aircraft. Possibly who ever took the photo was a pilot in training, or knew someone being trained.

I think you are correct. A two seater vs a single like the Bucker

The early Fw44 didn't have an engine cowling, as in the OP's photo.
