Is this SA mann a Rottenfuhrer?

I can't seem to find any info - even on Wikipedia - about the ranks of the SA. Here is a nice foto of an SA mann, dated & signed on the back. What is his rank? I think Rottenfuhrer, but not 100 % sure. thanks.

Thanks for the info guys! Can anybody tell me about the striped Shulterklappen he is wearing? I have seen old fotos of what I think are SS men wearing these same items. When did the SA, and SS wear these?
