Heer buckle from the french resistance

Description: Hello,
For sale a Heer buckle in aluminium, seized and re-used by a french partisan.
I can't say in which resistance group this buckle was used, the only thing i know is that it comes from South Western France.
There is four letters written on the front of the buckle (as seen on the photos). I tried to search the meaning of those letters for months, without any luck.
The leather tab is too used, there's no maker marks left.
A good historical piece of fieldgear that fought the war on both sides...
